"Relaxing at the Beach" : This particular cake was for a man's birthday, however it would be GREAT for a beach themed wedding! The seashells are made from milk chocolate and white chocolate. Relaxing at the beach with a beach umbrella, beach towel, a hat, a good book and a favorite pair of flip flops. And you can't forget your surfboard to catch that big wave!! This is a Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting & Cream Cheese Filling, then covered in fondant.

"Baby's Laundry Basket" : This was a cake we did for a baby shower. The theme was baby clothes on a clothes line. So we created this cake to enhance that theme. The guests were WOW'ed! You will see the baby's little hat, onesie, sock, bib, teddy bear, pacifier, and rattle, all items were made from fondant.

"Trick or Treat" : This was made for our Halloween Party! A Spice Cake with Buttercream Filling covered if blue fondant, all ghosts, moon, pumpkins and leaves made out of fondant.

"Curl Up with a Good Book" : This was a birthday cake for a man who loves to read and loves Starbuck's Coffee. All the books are edible, frosted with Buttercream and covered in fondant. The coffee cup and lid are covered with fondant. The 'sticky' notes are made out of fondant also, with the note written with edible pens. This would be a good 'Groomsmen' cake also!

"I'll Be Home For Christmas" : This was a cake we did for an Army Christmas Party. The Hummer is a cake and we used a set of tires from a toy truck as the base of the cake. The GI Joe and other items are real. The toys and gifts are made of fondant. The soldiers loved the cake, it was a great day!

"Pixie Dust Magic!" : We made this cake for a little girls 7th birthday. All the decorations on the cake are made of fondant with luster dust, except for the Fairies. The cake topper and doll on the tier are real. The shoes, pez and book were added to the overall presentation. The large tier was a Butter Cake with Buttercream frosting, the second tier was a White Chocolate Cake with Raspberry filling and frosting, and the top tier was Chocolate Fudge with Orange Creamsicle Frosting and Filling. She LOVED it!

The cooler is iced up, some beach chairs and blankets and the EZ-up for shade! You will also see the holes in the side of the hill where they play "River Golf"! Another great day at the river!

Disney McQueen Car - Zoom Zoom! : This is a 3-D Cake, the car was carved out of a two tiered Chocolate with Peppermint Filling Cake, entirely edible. The base of the cake is a 2 tiered 15" Square Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Buttercream filling.

Monkey Luau Cake : A little girl's 5th birthday cake with 24 matching cupcakes. The monkey is made completely from fondant, you can see she has a bow in her hair and a flower lei! The cake was 6" tall, the top and bottom tiers were yellow cake and the middle tier was strawberry cake, it was filled with strawberry buttercream. The cupcakes were frosted with buttercream and fondant flowers to match the color scheme of the birthday party.
Monkey Luau Cake
A little girl's 5th birthday cake with 24 matching cupcakes. The monkey is made completely from fondant, you can see she has a bow in her hair and a flower lei! The cake was 6" tall, the top and bottom tiers were yellow cake and the middle tier was strawberry cake, it was filled with strawberry buttercream.
The cupcakes were frosted with buttercream and fondant flowers to match the color scheme of the birthday party.

Maker's Mark for the Groom! : A grooms cake made to replicate a bottle of Maker's Mark Whiskey and his favorite college football team, Univeristy of Connecticut. The enitre bottle is made from Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting covered in Fondant. The football is also a spice cake with cream cheese filling and frosting.

"Remember" : This is a cake we did for the 155 Battalion, they had a 'Dining Out' and the theme was 'remember our fallen soldiers' The topper is the fallen soldier memorial, you will see the soldiers boots, his rifle with his dog tags hanging the from the handle and his helmet on top of the rifle. All made from fondant. The flag and Army Seal were both made from fondant.

"Take Me Out to the Ballgame!" : This was a birthday cake, I was inspired by some of the cakes on this site. The photo doesn't show it, but the sides looked like brick, I used the candy sprinkles for the cheering crowd! The back side of the stadium show the greats of the game. The cake board was covered with fondant and I used some of the baseball theme cutters for the design. The flavor was red velvet with cream cheese frosting and filling.

Volcano Cake : This was a cake I did for a Luau Party. The Volcano was erupting smoke when we added dry ice and water. Volcano was made of cake covered with Buttercream Icing, the beach was a cake covered in fondant, the Tiki huts were also cakes, The tiki masks and toches were also made from fondant. The water was made by covering the board with various colors of blue fondant, then covered with piping gel and the wave were made using buttercream icing.

The Evolution of the Train Engine : This was a cake I did for a Retirement/Birthday, the guy worked for the train company for over 30 years and his invitation had pictures of these trains. He saw the evolution of the engine as you see them here. All the trains are made of yellow cake with buttercream and covered in fondant, the base of the cake is a yellow cake with buttercream frosting covered in fondant, I used my airbrush to color the base of the cake, the tracks are made from buttercream and the gravel is made of candy.
